COA / Retail ID / Source Feed Requirements

Flower Scout accepts source-access and COA submission data only as candidate evidence. No submission becomes accepted evidence until parsed, matched, and verified under Flower Scout evidence rules.

This page is for brands, retailers, distributors, labs, or authorized sources that can provide batch-level COA/lab evidence or the identifiers needed to resolve it. Submission channel not yet live.

Accepted Submission Types

  • CSV source feed.
  • Direct COA/lab URL.
  • Lab report PDF URL.
  • Retail ID QR URL.
  • Package ID, Retail ID, or batch ID plus lab lookup route.

Minimum Fields

  • brand
  • product_name
  • retailer_name, license_number, or availability context.
  • One identifier: retail_id, package_id, batch_id, lot_id, report_id, sample_id, or direct COA/lab URL.

Ideal Fields

  • Terpene table with positive amount and explicit unit.
  • lab_name
  • tested_date
  • pass_fail_status
  • Cannabinoids as metadata.
  • Source URL, QR URL, or lab report URL.

Privacy Boundary

No customer PII, credentials, dashboards, or auth tokens are requested. Submissions, when enabled, will be reviewed before use. Production import is disabled until explicit approval.
